It was a pleasure sanding & refinishing the wood floors in the tavern at the beautiful Garmisch USA Resort in Northern Wisconsin!

(You'll notice in one of the pictures our little guy is learning the trade of running the sander with Dad) 😊

Quite a transformation in this home!
After carpet was removed in living room, red oak hardwood flooring was installed and laced into the kitchen wood floors. Existing wood flooring with dark stain through out the home was sanded and refinished with Bona Traffic HD finish.

Buffing and Recoating your hardwood floors (or screen & recoat) is part of a regular maintenance that will revitalize your floors while saving you money in the long run.

This process uses a buffer machine that lightly abrades the top layer of polyurethane, then a new protective finish coat is applied, making your floors look virtually new again.

The general rule of thumb is, if you do a buff and coat about every 3 years (or more frequently for floors with hard use and heavy traffic) you can avoid a full sanding for a long time.
