Golden Bear Retail Center - Mt Juliet, TN
We are proud to bring our expertise to a new retail development for a
valued repeat client, located along Golden Bear Road in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.
The project will feature five tenant units designed to support a diverse mix of
retail businesses.
Golden Bear Road is currently undergoing major infrastructure upgrades,
making it a key area for future growth. Our design responds proactively to
these changes, ensuring the retail center integrates seamlessly with the
evolving streetscape and adheres to the City of Mt. Juliet’s planning and
development standards.
This project highlights our commitment to delivering adaptive,
forward-thinking design solutions that serve both our client’s goals and the

Grateful for an Incredible Experience at Kirby Building Systems!

Last week, my team and I had the privilege of touring the Kirby Building Systems facility in Portland, TN and what an eye-opening experience it was!
I want to extend a huge thank you to Tyler, Frank, Joe, and Chad for welcoming us so warmly and guiding us through the entire process of how a metal building is brought to life — from design to fabrication. Your deep knowledge, transparency, and passion for what you do made this visit truly memorable.
We were impressed by the precision and innovation behind Kirby’s custom-engineered metal building systems. From framing and roof panel systems to energy-efficient solutions like R-Boost insulation, it’s clear why Kirby is a leader in the industry. Their commitment to safety, sustainability, and American-made quality is unmatched
And yes — the BBQ and Oreo pudding were absolutely amazing!
Beyond the great food and hospitality, what stood out most was the culture of excellence and teamwork. Kirby’s dedication to delivering cost-effective, durable, and flexible building solutions is inspiring.
We left with a deeper understanding of the intricacies involved in metal building design and a renewed appreciation for the craftsmanship and care that goes into every project.

Site Visit: Mason Center 3 – New Lebanon LEGO Store
Today’s walkthrough at our Mason Center 3 project site, future home of the New Lebanon LEGO Store—offered exciting insights into the progress and potential of the space. As we reviewed key milestones including the metal building structure, roofing, HVAC installation, ADA-compliant restrooms, and masonry work, it became clear how well the layout will support both the retail experience and the building owner's private office.
The synergy between design intent and ex*****on is becoming more tangible with each visit. Looking forward to seeing this vibrant space come to life!

This morning, we had the privilege of welcoming the incredible teachers from Mt. Juliet Elementary!
We were honored to bless them with a cash gift to help fulfill their classroom wishes and prayed for a joyful, impactful, and successful school year ahead.
