Removal of stucco off the front of a house and replaced with fan fold insulation and new vinyl siding, also Installed new vinyl siding on entire house with fan fold. Replaced rotten wood where stucco was by front door and main studs that where completely rotten. Installed all new hardwood floors and replacement of stair treads with real red oak treads to match new hardwood floor. Removed railing to sand and match new floor and re-installed. Recently had to dig out a foundation to repair the Is deterioration of cinder block that was never coated with foundation coating. Customer had issues of Condensation in basement and water issues. There was a existing french drain that another contractor did but when we went to look at the site noticed right away that wasn't the problem. After carefully digging this out and repairing all deteriorated cinder block we coated the foundation with rubberized coating to seal and help prevent and future problems.
