The General Laborer is an hourly position reporting directly to the Site Leader. The ideal candidate
• Has reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Mt. Morris-Oregon-Byron-Rockford areas.
• Has some experience working in construction and has some of their own hand tools.
• Is highly motivated, ambitious, and hungry to learn new skills.
• Is physically capable of completing the following tasks with or without reasonable accommodation
o Cleaning and preparing the job site
o Loading and unloading tools, raw materials, etc.
o Following instructions from the site leader and/or skilled tradesman as needed.
o Other duties as assigned by the owner
