Peace of Mind Property Services has knocked out another decorative install in Candian Lakes, MI!
~ This one proved to be challenging due to the sloping of the property and the poor intitial top soil quality.
Once our crews were on site we addressed the clients needs as well as the properties needs and we got to work:
• Over the last 3 weeks we installed mulch and edging around the home, we installed a gravel patio for a fire table and chairs, we installed a gravel walkway with flagstone stepping stones, we added topsoil and a soil conditioner to the bre portions of the lawn and overseeded it and we also cleared out and installed a natural mulch area at th corner of the property.
• A variety of perennials were planted and landscape lighting was also installed.
