Created in 1953, the Carolopolis Award recognizes outstanding achievement in historic preservation and compatible new construction throughout Charleston and the Lowcountry. To be included among this year’s celebrated projects is truly meaningful.

We were proud to provide the engineering for this project and to collaborate with an exceptional team committed to craftsmanship and the preservation of Charleston’s architectural heritage.

Clean lines, warm textures, and bold personality. This custom build blends modern architecture with curated, lived in details that make every space feel intentional and inviting. From the expansive kitchen with statement cabinetry and oversized island to the layered living spaces filled with natural light, every element was designed for both function and flow.

The primary suite offers a calm retreat with natural wood tones and thoughtful storage, while the bathrooms carry that same balance of warmth and simplicity. Throughout the home, we focused on creating contrast, incorporating organic materials, and maximizing light to bring a modern yet approachable feel to every room.
