When building new or remodeling a kitchen, don’t be afraid of going big and bold for your kitchen sink window. Large fixed glass windows are the way to go to give you the unobstructed view. This way you don’t have to look through a mull bar or a screen for a window that at best is difficult to open because of the reach over the sink.

Leaking windows if left alone can cause major damage down the road. This customer knew these 1940’s windows leaked, but didn’t know the extent of the damage. Wood rot all the way to the foundation beam.
Fantastic work in repurposing the original wood and replacing all the damage with new. Ready for another 80 years.
The other take way from this is never trust a window contractor that quotes a flat rate install without careful inspection first.
