I wish I could sit and stare at baby turkey feet all day 🥰 So ready for these little ones to be here! 10 under first time mama, Sage, and I stole 3 for the incubator, which is on standby just in case. So far she has been an excellent mama. She decided her nest should be on the porch in Rachel's planter 😅 Sage is being very protective of her babies, but she was nice enough to let us move her under the window so she is out of the rain and we can keep a close eye on her. They should hatch in a week or two! 🐣

These baby nuggets were moved from the brooder to outside today! They were so happy to be in the grass and eat bugs 🐛🌞🐤

🌱Tonight’s dinner is brought to you by sunshine, rain, and a whole lot of love! Every ingredient on this plate was grown right here on the homestead.

The grocery store has nothing on a backyard harvest. Dirt on our hands, fresh food on our plates, and peace of mind in our hearts. 🥰

This 4 year old ate most of the kale and beets off my plate when she finished hers 😅

We thought Basil and Sage needed a man and another friend! Say hello to Tarragon and Rosemary! They are doing great so far 🥰 They are not used to having so much freedom, but I know they will love it!

Moving stuff around in the garden and found a couple garden friends 🐍 This one was very chill so the kids played with him for a bit then put him back in his home.
