I have a triplex unit for rent. It's a two bedroom, 1.5 baths with a two car garage basement. The basement has a finished 16 x 20 room with cable hookup, telephone and heat and air. I pay up to $25.00 on water and sewer but renter pays over that amount. Renter pays gas and electric. Low utilities monthly. Rent is 650.00 plus deposit. Lease has to be one year unless otherwise agreed up on. Available immediately.
