✨️ANOTHER PROJECT UPDATE✨️

Back in August 2024 we had the pleasure of helping some friends bring their cabin dream to life here in North Central Arkansas! While we didn't handle the foundation, our team framed and dried in this 20x24 cabin, installed a metal roof, and built out the interior walls. This cozy cabin also features a nice-sized loft, adding extra space and functionality.

In addition, we completed all the rough plumbing and electrical work, ensuring the cabin is ready for the next phase of finishing. We also installed the tub, vanity, and toilet, for temporary use until interior can be finished out.

It was great seeing the cabin take shape, and was a rewarding project in a beautiful setting!

While we specialize in remodeling, repairs, and smaller construction projects, we do not offer full home or cabin builds as a service. ✨ Project Transformation Update! ✨
We’re beyond excited to share one of the most dramatic renovations we’ve don in awhile—aside from our own home in Texas! This project, which began in March 2024, has been a labor of love, and we couldn’t be prouder of the results. A huge thank you to the amazing homeowners who trusted us to bring their vision to life. Now, this beautifully renovated home, which is located in the charming little town of Marshall, Arkansas not far from the Buffalo National River, is ready to be shared with the world as an Airbnb! Highlights of the Renovation:
🏠 Interior Transformation:

Opened up walls to create a spacious and modern flow between the kitchen, living, and den areas.

Installed a stunning 12’ opening with a custom header, adding so much character and functionality.

Relocated appliances and plumbing to optimize the layout.

🛠 Extensive Demo & Repairs:

Removed old cabinets, vinyl flooring, damaged sheetrock, and more to make way for a complete overhaul.

Repaired, replaced, and finished sheetrock throughout the home and garage for a seamless finish.

🎨 Fresh Look Throughout:

Textured and painted all walls, ceilings, trim, and doors with a clean, modern palette.

✨ Upgraded Features:

Installed new kitchen cabinets, a gorgeous island, and a custom brick backsplash.

Added new ceiling fans, light fixtures, and high-quality tile flooring in key areas.

Created a functional and stylish laundry room with new cabinets and a concealed water heater.

🌳 Exterior Updates:

Removed the old fence, installed a new one, and gave it a fresh coat of paint to complete the outdoor transformation.

*More 2023/2024 Project updates*

🏡 We Kicked Off 2024 with a Fresh Start! 🏡

As we wrapped up December 2023 and stepped into the New Year, we completed another rewarding renovation project! Here’s a look at what we accomplished:

Interior Upgrades:

Removed and replaced most of the subflooring throughout the home, ensuring a sturdy foundation.

Replaced damaged floor joists where necessary.

Installed brand-new vinyl plank flooring throughout, giving the home a fresh and cohesive look.

Exterior Refresh:

Painted the soffits and fascia, giving the home a clean, updated appearance without altering its original exterior.

This project was all about creating a solid, beautiful, and comfortable space for the homeowner. We’re proud of how it turned out and excited to share it with you!

✨ Cabin Renovation in Clinton – A Stunning Transformation! ✨

At the end of September 2023, we kicked off a complete renovation on a cabin in Clinton, tackling both exterior and interior updates to create a refreshed, functional, and beautiful space. While we didn’t handle the exterior painting, the final result is truly stunning! We’re proud of the craftsmanship and the new life this cabin was given.

Here’s a glimpse of what we accomplished:

EXTERIOR

Removed the existing lean-to roof from the back of the home.

Took down an 8'×53' screened porch and roof from the front, leaving the decking intact.

Replaced soffit and fascia as needed.

Installed board-and-batten siding on a 12'×21' addition to the left side of the home.

Repair damaged sections of siding near the front door.

Repaired rockwork around the home’s exterior.

Installed trim around 2 doors and 6 windows for a polished look.

Removed a 30'×30' post-frame structure from the property.

INTERIOR

Reinforced flooring in the living area near the front door.

Removed a chimney pipe from the living room ceiling and patched it with sheetrock.

Removed kitchen cabinets and the upper bathroom cabinet for a cleaner layout.

Dismantled a wood structure from a bedroom wall.

FLOORING

Installed 1,089 square feet of LVP flooring and trim for a sleek, modern finish.

September 2023: Small Jobs with Big Impact!

In September 2023, we tackled a variety of repair and remodel projects, mostly in Mountain View. While we unfortunately lost some photos due to a phone issue, here’s a glimpse of what we accomplished:

Window Replacements: We replaced windows on several cabins that had suffered hail damage, restoring their charm and functionality.

Painting Project: We brightened up a client’s home by painting her ceiling and transforming her guest bedroom with a fresh coat of paint.

Interior and Exterior Updates: On another project, we completed both interior and exterior work. While we don’t have pictures of this job, we’re proud of the results and grateful for the client’s trust.

Even without all the photos, our commitment to quality and attention to detail shines through in every project we complete. Thank you for trusting us with your homes!

A Stunning Lodge Transformation at Brush Creek Lodge!

Back in August 2023, we had the opportunity to work on this breathtaking lodge at Brush Creek Cabins in Marshall, Arkansas. This beautiful retreat deserved nothing less than a complete refresh, and we were thrilled to be a part of it.

Here’s what we accomplished:

Kitchen Upgrade: Custom-built cabinets and new posts at the island were added to enhance both functionality and style.

Concrete Countertops: We poured and installed sleek concrete countertops, giving the space a modern yet rustic touch.

Fireplace Update: Installed gorgeous new stonework behind the fireplace for a cozy, elevated look.

Upstairs Renovation: Enclosed the open upstairs area for added privacy, walled off sections, and installed new wood accents, including the ceiling.

Attention to Detail: Fresh woodwork was added to the fur downs and various other areas to bring warmth and charm to the lodge.

This transformation truly brought new life to the space while maintaining its rustic lodge aesthetic. If you haven’t had the chance to visit Brush Creek Cabins yet, it’s a must-see!

Charming Cottage Transformation in Leslie, AR!

Back in August 2023, we had the pleasure of working on the exterior of the most adorable little cottage in Leslie. This project involved replacing damaged wood, carefully caulking the seams, replacing windows, and giving the exterior a fresh coat of paint.

The transformation was truly remarkable, and this cozy home now shines with character and charm! We are incredibly grateful to the wonderful owners for trusting us with this property. They are such great people, and it was a joy to work with them throughout this project.

A Fresh Update from Custom Repair & Remodel!

It’s been quite a busy year and a half for us, and we’re excited to finally take some time to share the incredible projects we’ve worked on recently. To start, here’s an update on a project we completed in the Timbo area August 2023.

This double-wide mobile home underwent a significant transformation. We began by caulking all the seams, replacing damaged wood, and thoroughly cleaning the exterior. Once the preparation was complete, we painted the home, giving it a fresh and polished new look. The results speak for themselves!
