We recently completed the replacement of a 25-year-old bottom-fed water heater, upgrading the home with a modern, energy-efficient unit. As part of the installation, we also added a new shut-off valve to enhance safety and functionality.

For most standard replacements, we offer 40–50 gallon electric water heater installations priced between $1,600 and $1,800, including the cost of the unit and all necessary materials. All work is performed by a licensed plumber, and our team is fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.
