It was so exciting to participate in the Light up Muncie parade tonight with the neighborhood. Fun fact: I bought this HUGE Christmas ornament at an auction at least 4 years ago. It was advertised as a “municipal ornament” so I imagine it hung in a small town somewhere. I haven’t figured out a place to put it …yet. So using it on the float was so fun for me!! 🎄🎄🎄

Working on old buildings is hard. Very few things go the way you want them to and in this case, it took about a year longer than it should 🤣🤣🤣. But we persevered and have 1 unit finally done. Unit 2 should be completed in the next week or so and we have a fantastic tenant going into the first floor. Shout out to Michael and James who have been fantastic partners in this true labor of love.

We have been putting this project off for a year. This was definitely a labor of love, we did this patio for Sam❤️❤️❤️. I let myself get overwhelmed by doing the turf so we just never did it. It actually was easier than we thought 😱 and turned out better than we thought. So basically a Festivus miracle 🤣🤣🤣
