In the perpetual quest of a small business owner to acquire new funding support, there are often requirements related to our social media presence. This post is to satisfy one such requirement for a potential $10,000 small business grant offered by NAV. Vote for my business, Fleming and Sons Home Improvement, using this link,

My client base are the best! I've thoroughly enjoyed working for all of you these past 4 years and look forward to many more years of doing what I love!
What we do: We are a small family business founded in January, 2018, specializing in foundation repair, re-leveling, and all things below your floor. We offer plumbing services and general contractor services for any size remodeling or restoration project, commercial or residential.
A challenge I've overcome in the past and a challenge I continue to struggle with: Historically the biggest hurdle I've faced has been finding and retaining good help. I believe this single obstacle has prevented my business ' growth immensely. One obstacle I've overcome has been finding a good balance between work life and home life. It may have only been recently, and perhaps it's been easier with most of my children grown and moved out, but I believe I'm finally there. My lovely wife Cel, has been there supporting me the whole journey and we're closer and stronger as a result.
How the grant funds would be used if I were to be awarded a NAV small business grant: this is an easy one to answer, LOL. I would complete or attempt to complete the project for business expansion I broke ground on last year. My foundation is almost completed and the entire steel building kit is on site, I just need to finish the pad and plumbing rough-in, then erect and assemble.
