John and I teamed up again to remodel a kitchen for a couple who was referred to us from the last kitchen we did together. This couple had recently purchased the house and had taken care of a lot of demo and some new floors before we got started. As you can see, this kitchen was a complete gut down to the studs before it was brought back to fit the vision that our customers had. We started this project on March 2, and today we handed the reins over to the homeowner, who is going to do the tile backsplash to bring this kitchen over the finish line.

Here are some before and after pictures from the project I finished today. Have to say this is the first time I have ever done post and railings and balusters, might be the last time not the easiest thing to do. I think it turned out good, it definitely updated this stairway. Managed to pull this one off while the customer was on vacation. Can’t wait for them to get home to get their reaction.

Really proud of this reveal, not the same built-in that I typically do. This one involved finished cabinets and trim, a quartz countertop, a custom-stained cedar accent wall, new lighting for the room, and a new wine and beer fridge. As usual, there are no before pictures, mainly because this was just a blank wall in the dining room. I have included the concept photo that I was given from the customer so everyone can see where the idea came from. The job also included some ceiling repair, and I removed the chair rail from the rest of the room, so it got a new paint job. This is definitely one of those builds where I'm jealous of the customer because I wish it was in my own house. But I'm glad I could help someone bring their vision to reality and I’m pretty sure they’re quite pleased with the final product

 Just finished this project today. Couldn’t wait to share it with everyone it turned out amazing. New electric fireplace with upper Tv mount, and bookcases with cabinets on the side. Another customer that loves the color green, I can’t complain I really like this one as well. (more than happy to do another color if anyone is looking to have a built-in done LMK). Here are some pictures of a furniture piece that I completely disassembled and sanded down to nothing, then restored the finish. It had a lot of bruises, bumps, and scratches from over the years, but now it's like a brand new piece again. Naturally, I don't have any very good before pictures, and yes, we did change the color a little. The owner didn't really like the red tone, so we went a little bit browner. The owner was in love with the transformation.

 Here are some before and after photos of a project I just finished my customers wanted to add a gas fireplace and built-ins on both sides. With a little initial framing help from Desanto construction the project got underway and after the fireplace company was done installing the unit I took over and finished the vision my customers had. I couldn’t be happier with the results. This one truly is stunning in person.
