This was a fun job out at the lake last yr. Rear side window leaked into the wall and caused the floor supports to rot out, insulation had mold in it, I was not able to even reuse the black flooring we replaced it all. And since the customer used the toy hauler area for his Harley Davidson I decided to really reinforce the floors for it to never ever sag under the weight or movement going down the worst of roads... Happy customer happy buisness.
