Made pesto this weekend with the abundance of basil! We used walnuts and wow! So delicious! Will be working on batches for the farm stand to eat with the bread! Or add to pasta one of our favorite ways to enjoy pesto!

Added sifted wood ash to the farm stand. It helps with pest control in the garden as well as with your flock!

Y’all! The page has been quiet because we have been busy!
Introducing our roadside farm stand!!!
We will have eggs, baked goods, veggies and fruit from the garden, home made home-items (dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent all natural ingredients), firewood, garden supplies (wood ash, seeds, etc), crafts, and soooo much more!
We will post the night before the next days menu with prices. This will be cash only! Hours 7am-8pm. We will close it up nightly.
We are excited and can’t wait to share with you!

Was your garden affected by the pepper gate?! Ours was! Instead of jalapeños we have an over abundance of banana peppers! We love them as a snack or in our version of southern style pot roast. We will be freezing these for future use.

Had a beautiful harvest this morning! Zinnias and a laundry basket full of basil!!! We have so much basil! It's wonderful! There's cilantro, zucchini, and some peppers hidden in there as well! How are your gardens doing?

With all the rain we have had our Zinnias are looking beautiful as ever! Will be cutting these for the table!
