New project started in Monteagle, Tennessee.

Over 300+ linear feet of footers covering a 2,500+ square foot custom home, attached garage, and porches — all formed, rebar-set, and ready.

Once our footers are cured, Middle Tennessee ICF Supply comes in to install the crawl space ICF wall system. Century will be back after that for the porch and garage slab pours.

This build unfolds in stages, and every stage has to be done right before the next one can begin. We are glad to be in it from the ground up.

The interior footer grid on this one reflects a floor plan with real load-bearing complexity through the middle of the structure, so the layout work on the ground had to be accurate before any forming began. The site also came with ledge rock conditions that shaped how the excavation and gravel prep were handled, which is the kind of thing you plan for and solve before it becomes a problem mid-pour.

This is where the Monteagle, TN project started. Over 300 linear feet of footer layout covering the house, garage, and porches; getting that geometry right on the ground is crucial as it is what every subsequent trade builds from.

The Cumberland Plateau treeline is a pretty good backdrop for the work ahead.

A driveway extension pour takes more than a truck and a finish broom. The base has to be right, the grade has to drain, and the joint layout has to be planned before the first yard goes down — because once it's poured, it's poured. This one came together the way it should: flat, clean, and built to take the weight of daily use for years.

Before & After

Photos of a culvert headwall project in North Lascassas, Tennessee. The first photo tells the story: three pipes doing their best to manage water flow with nothing holding the embankment around them. The second photo is what a properly formed and poured concrete headwall looks like — wing walls tied in, apron graded to drain, structure built to handle whatever comes through those pipes for the next few decades.

This isn't glamorous work by any measure, but it is exactly the kind of structural pour that holds a property together. If you have a drainage or culvert project on your land in Middle Tennessee, we'd be glad to take a look.

From The Archives

We're known across Middle Tennessee for driveways, patios, stairs, structural flatwork, but we can also serve you if you have something that requires more than a standard pour - in fact, we enjoy the challenge.

We built our first concrete company in Canada almost 15 years ago, and the time and work we did there still shapes how we approach every project in Tennessee today. Curved, circular custom forming, commercial-scale structural pours — the complexity we took on up north is the reason we don't back down from difficult work here.
