🔨 Progress Update! 🔨

Miguel has been hard at work bringing this deck back to life!

Once the old deck boards were removed, we uncovered some hidden issues that needed attention. Several joists and portions of the header had deteriorated over time and required repairs before moving forward. We also added joist tape to help protect the framing and extend the life of the structure.

With the repairs complete, the new deck flooring and step boards are now installed, and the transformation is already taking shape!

The wood species makes a difference in stain appearance.

Take a look at these two wood products.
Both fence pickets were stained at the Same time ,same day with commercial grade
Stain Ranger Oxford Brown .
After only 10 days take a look at the difference.

The board on the left is an
Alta American
True Western Red cedar
Picket.
Top Quality !
And it looks beautiful .

The board on the right is Japanese cedar, a value alternative , it tends to fade much faster due to its cell structure . Which in turn leads to restaining the fence more often .
The difference between the two is night and day ..
If you want the Highest Quality, be sure you ask for Western red cedar ,
know the difference before purchasing a new wood fence ..

Washing a deck while peeping at one of our deck projects from 2 years ago! Still looking good over there!

One year later and this deck transformation keeps getting better. 👏

Back in June 2025, this project started with a deck that was dilapidated, unsafe, and suffering from years of rot. The flooring had completely reached the end of its life and needed to be replaced.

We came in and rebuilt the deck floor along with all new handrails while preserving the existing posts. The goal was to give this space a solid, safe foundation again while bringing back its curb appeal.

Fast forward to today — we returned to take this project to the next level. 🔥

This visit included:
✔️ Custom lattice installation underneath the deck
✔️ A beautiful 2-tone finish for a bold, clean look
✔️ Black farm fence paint on the posts, lattice, and band boards
✔️ Stain Ranger oil-based penetrating stain & sealer in Natural Cedar on all newly replaced wood

The contrast between the rich black accents and warm natural cedar tones turned this deck into a complete showpiece while still allowing the beauty of the wood grain to shine through.

This is why proper restoration and maintenance matter. A year ago this deck was unsafe and worn out — today it’s a beautiful outdoor space ready for many more years of use. 💪

Pool deck refresh just in time for summer ☀️

We brought this pool deck back to life with a fresh coat of Expert Stain & Sealer Semi-Solid in Slate Grey — giving it a clean, modern look while adding protection against sun, water, and everyday foot traffic.

Another 1,600 feet of farm fence brought back to life. 🔥

For this project, we didn’t just show up and spray — we protected the property the right way. Tarps were laid down the entire time to help prevent overspray and keep the surrounding area clean while giving this fence a bold, fresh finish.
