People often ask me what a general contractor actually does.
Most think it's just building houses.
The truth is, building is only one part of the job.
On any given day I'm a project manager, estimator, scheduler, designer, quality control inspector, collections department, customer service representative, problem solver, and sometimes even a therapist.
I'm coordinating trades, answering homeowner questions, solving problems before they become expensive, reviewing plans, meeting inspectors, ordering materials, and making sure every moving part comes together at the right time.
The goal isn't just to finish a project.
The goal is to give every homeowner a great experience from start to finish.
