Here we have a client wanting to reconstruct the settlement of the steps and re-do the polymeric sand seams on the pavers.

Two retaining walls rebuilt and straightened out. Rerouted gutter pipe, worked around irrigation and landscaping.

Re-sanding seams that have gotten indented over time and had weeds and will only get worse if not taken the correct actions.
Scrape every seam clean from old polymeric sand and anything organic growing within it.
Sweep and blow everything out from the patio.
Pressure wash seams clean.
Let set to dry and come back the next day.
Sweep and blow any remaining and new debris from patio.
Check seams again and make sure nothing is in the seams that will prevent newly applied polymeric sand to make contact with the stones.
Apply the Polymeric sand throughout and water it with a mist.

2nd part for client, and this one came with some complications but nevertheless overcame the obstacles and gave them what they wanted.
Water collected on the puddly area so adding this paver walkway we were able to raise the elevation and get rid of the heavy rain temporary ponds!
