Mini Split Deep Cleaning Completed Today

This 12-year-old mini split system had never had the blower wheels cleaned.

The black debris in these photos is what was removed from the indoor units during the cleaning process. Over time, dust, dirt, mold, and organic buildup collect on the blower wheel and coil, restricting airflow and reducing efficiency.

During yesterday’s service call, we found a severely impacted evaporator coil and a dirty condenser coil restricting airflow and reducing system efficiency.

After a thorough cleaning, airflow was restored and the system was able to operate much more efficiently.
