I would like to begin by expressing my sincere gratitude to everyone who has called, texted, messaged, and prayed for me. I have been dealing with significant health issues for an extended period. Despite my efforts to continue working and maintaining my routine, my health eventually took a toll on me. I suffered a stroke in December 2025, just before Christmas. Since then, I have been unable to utilize my right hand effectively, and I have struggled with basic tasks such as reading, writing, tying my shoes, and using utensils. I have been undergoing therapy to relearn these skills. Given the uncertainty surrounding my ability to continue operating the business, I have been in a state of limbo regarding the future.

I would like to extend special thanks to a few individuals. Although I regret not being able to mention everyone who has provided support, I appreciate the food and love offerings I have received. I would like to thank my home church, Trinity Baptist Church, and my pastor, Gene Measmer, for their unwavering support, prayers, and love. I also want to thank Marble Springs Baptist Church and pastor Toby Roehm for the prayers and patience and love they have shown while I recover. Lastly, I want to thank Sherwin Williams and Wilson Building Supply for supporting me during my business journey.

With all of this being said, I am almost ready to return and continue bringing everyone our services again!!! I apologize to everyone for everything that has happened or if anyone feels i have let them down. Please stay posted as I continue putting everything back together. GOD IS GREAT!!

Feels great to be back at it. We were able to wash this job today. We also have things arranged for us to be able to work next week as well. Baby steps and positive thoughts.

I want to start out by saying that I apologize for posting the closure of RSL House Painting. It has been an extremely frustrating last couple of months. From completing jobs and having customers disappear without pay, missing work from my van being T-boned, power steering issues leaving me stranded for days, paying out to have repairs done and still not being able to drive, I was at my breaking point financially and mentally.

With all of this being said, the amount of messages and calls from people reaching out to offer a hand has been absolutely amazing. We are currently trying to piece things back together, homeowners have paid, and things are looking so much brighter. Please bear with us a couple of days to get it going again.

Again I apologize and thank you to everyone who has stood behind us!!!!

We finished this cabin. The homeowners wanted all joints packed with backer rod and caulked. We pressure washed and stained with Structures Wood Care. Thank you Greg Wacha fot allowing us to take care of things. Thank you Jason for your help!!! Homeowners asked us to leave the decks and railing unstained.

Been a crazy week for us this week. I had a couple doctor appointments this week and a woman T-boned my parked work van Tuesday. We were still able to get some things done this week. Thank you Russ Nelson for trusting in us!! This is a 2 coat job. Thank you Jason and Mitchell Hamby for your help. Thank you Mitch Briggs for the video footage and helping me find the person that hit me and ran.
