Q: Why is water dripping from my indoor unit? 💧

A: Water dripping from your indoor unit is commonly caused by a clogged condensate drain. Condensation from the cooling process drips into a drain pan, where it flows out through a drain hose. Algae build-up can create a blockage in the hose, causing water to back up and overflow from the pan.
