This custom build features a 380 sq ft pressure-treated deck, constructed with 5/4 decking boards for durability and long-lasting performance. The space is paired with a multi-tier stair system that flows seamlessly down to the patio below, creating the perfect transition from elevated views to ground-level living.

The staircase showcases a staggered, flared base design with a mid-landing transition, adding both visual interest and everyday functionality. Finished with vinyl shake skirting, this build brings together a polished look with practical design.
