Hot take Tuesday 🥵
your building is either an invitation or an excuse.
Nobody opens a service with ten minutes of confusion. But a first-time guest can spend ten minutes just trying to find the kids check-in, the restroom, or the right door.
A confused guest rarely becomes a member. They don't complain. They just don't come back.
Good design fixes that before anyone has to ask. Clear wayfinding, obvious next steps, and a space that tells people where to go.
