I’m very pleased with how this 5,000 sq ft office finished out! Been working with this contractor for a short while. One of the first things be told me was that he was happy to pay more if he felt he was getting more.

After the house fire, insurance required that the existing framing of the home be sealed. Unless it was new wood, it was sealed to ensure no smell of smoke would exist.
