Here is another job well done and for another happy repeat client of ours‼️
We were called out due to having soft spots in the subfloor in the kitchen.
After locating the obvious soft spots in the kitchen, we removed the rolled linoleum flooring, only to find major termite damage throughout the existing subfloor. The rolled linoleum flooring was the only thing holding up what was left of the subfloor.
After demo of the subfloor was complete we framed up and blocked up all cabinets and perimeter of the kitchen and installed the new plywood subfloor. 🔨⚒️
LVP foam underlayment, new LVP flooring, and new shoe molding installed to finish and wrap up this simple home repair.
Now, our elderly client feels safe getting around her kitchen and doesn't have to worry about making the wrong step and falling through her floor.
