Deep thoughts with Brady (BAM the Handyman)…enjoy!

I’ve been fortunate to be the team sponsor AND assistant coach for my son’s Lakewood Ranch Majors baseball team this year. It’s been amazing.

On a golf cart ride tonight in my neighborhood, it dawned on me a very humbling reality….bear with me.

I’ve reminisced on my little league years at G.T.Bray park as a kid. I’ve often thought to myself “man, life was AMAZING back then”. At 11, life was simple, the smell of the grass, the crack of the bat and the Pizza Hut buffet after a win was peak living.

It’s easy to get grumpy about the current state of the world in 2026, but I know one thing…

When Blake McCabe is in his 40’s, riding in his neighborhood on his golf cart (or hovercraft?) he will look back upon his Little League years with the same feelings I feel today.

His “good ole days” are happening as we speak, he just doesn’t know it yet.

A huge “thank you” to my clients.

This Sunday I was blessed to spend it watching my son ride his dirtbike.

We loaded his gear and motorcycle into my trailer.

Monday-Friday this trailer helps me fix drywall, paint rooms and solve problems.

As a result, it also allows me to make memories with my son on the weekends.

For that, I thank you all!

Flat tires are a common occurrence since there are over 36 tires I’m responsible for between cars, mowers, trailers, tractors, etc on my property.

I’ve been slammed over the last 48 hours with junk removal, property cleanup and yard waste removal.

Having a dump trailer keeps me busy, and working with my kiddo after school for TWO days in a row makes me a happy dad.
