Homeowners see the finished product. Contractors see everything hiding underneath it.
The crazy part is… most shortcuts in construction are invisible to the customer.
Doing things correctly when nobody would’ve noticed otherwise says a lot about a contractor. Some days I wonder how some people sleep at night.
