Well that’s a wrap!!! To make it to the Finals, even unconventionally, when starting out as a write-in, is an achievement that I never considered possible at the beginning of this tournament. The The Lil’ Bar is the smallest bar in this competition and I’ve only been in the Myrtle Beach area for 3 1/2 years. So my friends and family all over the country and all over the world (thank you Sinead) humbled me with your support round after round. Kimberly Duke, Ashleigh K. Justice, Jeanne Mabry The Salty Pickle Teresa Clark Alexander and Garden City Beach Bar & Grill put in countless posts, shares and comments to get me through every round. The list of people who pushed to get me into the tie with Carissa Kenney in the final 4 is too long to list, but you all know how much I appreciate you from our individual messages. And finally a special shout out to fellow competitors Rosa Bean Jennifer LeBlanc Kimberly Isidorio and especially Sinéad McGann who rallied hard for me after they had been eliminated. Last but not least kenney and Neal and Pam's in Surfside Beach, SC for taking a difficult situation and remedying it by joining our bar families together. Even though we came up short, it’s just another great memory Kimmy and I will always have with you and Neal and Pam’s. Thanks to all!!!! Like the Dierks Bentley song says, “I’ve got a heart full of grateful, for all I’ve been given!!!”

If you have a home over 10 years old and you haven’t encapsulated the crawlspace or at least done some significant moisture control, there is a very good chance your crawlspace looks like these photos. Wood decaying fungus and worse. Soaking wet insulation on the ground being used as rat nests. Condensation puddling on the floor. Rodent urine and f***s everywhere. I’ll happily give you a complementary inspection and proposals to fit your budget and maybe a Cullen capsulation isn’t needed. I‘m Hutch let me fix your crawlspace.
