Well, Myrtle Beach. I tried but Boston's Creations will not be happening. I refuse to be bullied, defamed, and have my name as a Culinary professional dragged through the mud. I've lived here in Myrtle Beach for 2 years and I am personally done with the attitudes and all other types of negativity. My friends who are professionals in other industries were planning on expanding their businesses down here but after physically seeing the horrible things said to me based on anything that makes me...ME they said nope not happening.
I'm over it and I am not going to spend blood sweat and tears time and energy in a less-than-welcoming community. So in case, you were wondering what my friends were going to bring down here is what was going to be brought down here :
Lawyers and advocates that deal with elderly rights are highly needed here.
A corner deli/bakery where I was going to sell my stuff legally.
An art gallery/coffee shop where proceeds were going to go back into the community and help preserve many things here
A gourmet coffee shop with a Gelato bar
A homeless and rehab facility that would be away from town to keep the homeless away from downtown and help make downtown better appearing.
The facility would also have a separate entrance that would have helped with job training, helping with educational needs, and pay back to the community in many ways. They even would've paid to fix many streets.
An upscale but affordable candle/gift shop.
Several restaurants that wouldn't have been pancake and waffle houses which also would've sold my creations
One of the restaurants would've had a facility on premises that would've given free cooking classes where you would work with professionals hands on and in a professional cooking environment and a catering facility as well.
So guys you can thank all the negative people for costing your community all these things that could've been beneficial on many levels.
I will be packing my bags and moving back to Massachusetts. So that way I can actually be part of a community that embraces people from all walks of life and doesn't cast judgement on those based on an accent or whatever else.
