Asian Surprise β our take on a baked sushi rice dish that's as beautiful as it is delicious.
Seasoned jasmine rice, packed and baked to perfection with a creamy imitation crab filling, topped with fresh cucumber, avocado, and crisp green onions,all served on a crispy seaweed square. It's everything you love about sushi, reimagined. π£
Ingredients:
-Avocado Oil Spray
-2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
-1 tbsp Sugar
-1Β½ tsp Salt
-2 bags Organic Jasmine Rice (cooked)
-Furikake Japanese seasoning
-1 package imitation crab
-β
cup Cream Cheese
- ΒΌ cup Dynamite Sauce
-2 tsp Soy sauce
-4 Green Onions, Chopped
-1 Whole Cucumber
-1 Avocado
-Seaweed Squares
Directions:
1. Cook jasmine rice and mix with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
Spray baking sheet with avocado oil, pack rice in tightly, and sprinkle Furikake seasoning on top.
2. Mix imitation crab with cream cheese, dynamite sauce, soy sauce, and chopped green onions. Layer firmly on top of rice.
3. Bake at 400Β° for 25 minutes.
4. While baking, chop cucumber and avocado for topping.
5. Once baked (let cool for 15 minutes), cut small squares and place each on a seaweed square. Top with cucumber, avocado, green onions, and anything else you love.
