🏠 Another Homeowner Successfully Guided Through the Insurance Restoration Process ✅

This project was much more than just replacing a roof. It was about helping a homeowner navigate a long and often overwhelming insurance process from start to finish.

After conducting a comprehensive exterior inspection, our team worked directly with the homeowner to help coordinate the claim filing process and meet with the insurance adjuster onsite. Throughout the process, we carefully reviewed the homeowner’s policy and identified that she had ordinance & law / code upgrade coverage included in her policy.

Because of that coverage, we were able to successfully supplement for required South Carolina code upgrades, including:
✔️ Drip edge installation required by SC code
✔️ Ice & water shield requirements required by SC code

After several months of inspections, supplements, approvals, and navigating the mortgage endorsement process, we were proud to deliver:
🔨 Full roof replacement
💧 Full gutter & downspout replacement
🪟 Window screen replacements
