All American Restoration (DBA: AAR Stone Boutique) is looking to hire a skilled remodeler for full-time work. We specialize in full remodels of kitchens, bathrooms, additions and commercial work throughout Horry County. We provide our clients with unparalleled service and trustworthy, highly skilled professional staff. Whether the project is a remodeled bathroom, expanded kitchen or a new addition, each project is given the necessary planning, management, and resources to insure its success.

Candidates should have experience with most of the following:

---Finish Carpentry Skills (Trim, crown, doors, etc.)
---Interior texture and painting
---Light plumbing (kitchen sinks, bathroom fixture replacement, basic plumbing knowledge)
---Light electrical (switches, outlets, light fixtures, ceiling fans, basic electrical knowledge)
---Basic carpentry (fix cabinets and drawers, doorjamb replacement)
---Flooring (subfloor prep, laminate/vinyl/tile flooring installation)

Requirements:

-Must be dependable, have a strong work ethic, and pay attention to detail.

-Must have tools, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.

-5 years experience in remodeling industry.

-Ideal candidate would be experienced in all aspects of residential remodeling, and be able to work independently at times.

-Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting equipment (up to 80 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking. Must be able to safely use manual tools and power equipment

EXPERIENCED REMODELER ONLY

Must be able to perform the following:
Carpentry Work Rough & Finish
-layout, hanging and installing cabinetry
-hanging doors, exterior doors & windows
-finishing of wood work
-install & replace trim molding, crown, windows and other finish work
Minor plumbing & electrical knowledge
Painting, nail hole repair, caulking, ect.
Install various flooring types
Tile installation

Salary to be commensurate with experience
Full time, year round work, paid weekly

MUST HAVE:
-Friendly & clean appearance
-Reliable transportation
-Tools
-Cell phone with internet service
-Good references

General construction skills to include but not limited to framing, finish carpentry, flooring, drywall finishing, painting, light electrical and plumbing. Must have some reasonable experience at general remodeling and repair.
Must have valid drivers license and dependable transportation.
Work mostly located in Myrtle Beach.
Full Time, weekly pay.
Well established and reputable company located in Horry County and performing turn-key remodeling services to residential and commercial customers.
