This project was built with accessibility, safety, and long-term durability in mind. We transformed the space with a zero-threshold shower, built-in bench, grab bars, dual shower heads, recessed niches, large-format tile, and a custom sliding barn door.
ADA projects are about more than meeting requirements. They're about creating spaces that are safe, functional, and still look like they belong in a modern home.

The kitchen went from closed off and cramped to open, bright, and actually functional. New cabinets, countertops, lighting, flooring, and a layout that makes the whole space feel twice as big.

We took a standard builder-grade kitchen and turned it into something that actually feels custom. New cabinets, custom hood, quartz tops, herringbone backsplash, new flooring, premium appliances, and a lot of attention to the details that most people never notice.
This is why I love what I do. There's nothing better than seeing a space completely transformed.

Hard to believe this is the same room.

We took this outdated oceanfront condo all the way down and rebuilt it from the ground up. Every finish was carefully chosen to create a bright, coastal space that stands out the moment you walk in.

Custom beam details, wallpaper ceiling, a new fireplace feature wall, full kitchen, custom accent wall, updated flooring, and modern finishes completely changed the feel of this unit.

The goal wasn't just to renovate it—it was to create an experience guests remember.

This condo got a complete second chance.
We started with an outdated unit that had seen better days and rebuilt it into a bright, modern space designed for families to enjoy on vacation. From the kitchen and bathrooms to the flooring, fireplace, lighting, and finishes, just about every inch of this place was touched.
