From a Riverfest handshake to a 530sqft custom addition… this is our biggest project yet.
The Breeze Boys LLC is proud to share one of our most meaningful projects to date with our community — The Schoenstadt Addition.
This project was a complete ground-up addition, built start to finish by yours truly.
The finished structure totals approximately 530 square feet under roof, including 384 square feet of heated living space and 144 square feet of screened-in outdoor space.
We first met Mr. Bruce and Mrs. Cheryl Schoenstadt last year at the Riverfest event in downtown Conway around the 4th of July. At the time, none of us knew that meeting would turn into not only a great project, but also a friendship we truly value.
From day one they shared their vision with us and trusted our team to bring it to life. From architectural drawings and design adjustments, to engineering, planning, and construction, we stayed completely locked in on their vision and worked hard to build this addition Breeze Boys tough.
The Breeze Boys handled the project from A to Z — including permitting, county filings, scheduling inspections, and coordinating every step of the build. Our goal throughout the entire process was to make the experience as smooth, stress-free, and worry-free as possible for Bruce and Cheryl.
From the day we broke ground to the day we completed the project, the build took approximately 2.5 months, even while working through delays from winter storms, rain, inspections, and everything else Mother Nature decided to throw our way.
Ourselves along with our crews worked tirelessly and with precision to ensure every detail was done right and that the Schoenstadts received a finished product built to last for many years to come.
We’re excited to share some of the photos we documented from start to finish. Since Facebook only allows so many photos per post, you’ll see where the project began, a collage of progress along the way, and the final photos taken once the project received its Certificate of Occupancy.
You’ll also notice a few photos of the kitchen remodel we completed as part of the project to reconfigure the interior space after removing the original window where the addition now ties in.
Most importantly, we want to give a huge thank you to Bruce and Cheryl Schoenstadt.
Your trust and confidence in our team means the world to us, and we’re incredibly grateful not only for the opportunity to build this project, but for the friendship that came with it.
We’re proud of this one and hope our amazing community can now see what we are capable of.
And we are only just getting started- custom homes are right around the corner 😎
If you’ve been thinking about a home addition, remodel, or outdoor living space, we’d love to help bring your vision to life just like we did for Bruce and Cheryl.
