I have known David for ten years as a neighbor and friend in Lake Lure, North Carolina. During this time he has shown himself to be a man of high personal integrity who is devoted to his family and friends. He is generous with his time and attention, and genuinely cares about the people in his life. He and his family have played an important role in my family's life in Lake Lure.
We have owned two different homes in Lake Lure. Dave has provided painting services for us at both locations. I can assure you that as a painting provider, Dave is top notch. His painting skills are impeccable. He cuts no corners. He ensured that the surfaces were painstakingly prepared, and that the paint was smoothly and evenly applied, and completely covered the previous color. He efficiently managed his crews so that the work was competed in a timely manner. The crew members were always cordial and respectful in their interactions with us.
His work is neat. He provided plentiful coverings so that all of our floors, furniture, and personal items were completely protected. When the work was completed, he made sure that our home was clean and that our furniture and personal items placement was exactly what we wanted. The outcomes were beyond our expectations. Guests at both of our homes often comment that the painting is truly professional.
In addition to Dave's demonstrated painting skill, he provided an unexpected level of customer service. Before beginning the work, Dave spent as much time with us as needed to be sure that we were on the same page as to what work was to be done. He made excellent suggestions regarding paint color and finish. Both during and after the time of his service, Dave communicated with us to be sure that we were pleased.
We have referred our friends to Dave whenever they were in need of painting services. David Bengtson is a true professional. I am supremely confident that South Carolinians who chose Dave as their painter will feel the same as I do.
