Today, we have received an influx of calls about water outages. In light of the freezing temperatures, we advise turning on multiple outside and a couple of inside faucets to prevent pipe freezing. It is not advisable to use heat lamps on pipes, as they can overheat and cause damage to PVC pipes or pose a fire hazard.
