We had some big commotion from the hen house the other day and we are excited that Rosie, our Easter Egger, has laid her first egg! Buffy has started to lay eggs again after taking 2 months off and now we have plenty of beautiful eggs to enjoy!

Easter Egger hens egg color can be a mystery until they first lay and I was excited to get a light blue. At least this way we can tell the difference between the two.

I’ve been a little obsessed with my garden lately. It’s my place of peace where I can go to quiet my mind of all the million things going on around me. Our backyard has so much potential but hasn’t been given the attention it deserves so this summer we are focusing on the garden and turning it into my little oasis. ☺️ I’m livening this rose tree and the Banana Cream daisies from I’m so excited!!!

Hi Friends!
I wanted to give you all an update as I have been MIA lately. I've gotten a lot of messages regarding the patches from the website. While creating new patch designs was a fun hobby for me, I'm no longer producing patches at this time :(. I will still be sharing all my printables and ideas over on the Facebook group. I'm also looking to add additional admins as the group has become much bigger than I ever anticipated.

If you have recently written to me asking to approve your request to join, I am all caught up on those requests. Please know that I approve each individual one at a time to ensure we don't have any spammers. I get a ton of spammers that have nothing to do with raising girls and I want to ensure we have quality members!

I am working harder at making this page and group more of a resource for you and I appreciate all of your patience! Thank you for being a part of this community and I love the sisterhood we have created!!
