Same house. Completely different feeling. 🤎

A before and after is about so much more than making a home look beautiful. It’s about rethinking how each space looks, feels, and functions for the people living in it.

For this transformation, thoughtful material selections, layered textures, statement lighting, and a balance of warm and contrasting finishes helped create a home that feels both elevated and inviting.

Because great design isn’t just about what you change. It’s about how all those changes work together to create something cohesive.

Which transformation is your favorite? Tell us in the comments!

A thoughtfully designed guest bedroom should feel beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming.

Here are 3 things I always recommend:

1.) Add fresh flowers before guests arrive. 💐

This is such a simple, inexpensive way to make someone feel special! Trader Joe’s has beautiful flowers at great prices.

Bringing something fresh and alive into the room instantly makes it feel more inviting, and it lets your guests know you thought about their arrival.

2.) Choose wall sconces instead of table lamps.

Wall sconces free up valuable nightstand space so guests have somewhere to set their phone, glasses, or a glass of water. And while you’re planning the room, make sure there’s an easily accessible outlet near the bed for charging devices!

3.) Invest in REALLY comfortable bedding.

This is probably the most important detail! Choose breathable fabrics like cotton or bamboo, layer in a beautiful linen duvet, and add a cozy throw blanket so guests can adjust their bedding to their comfort level.

The goal isn’t just to create a pretty room. It’s to anticipate what your guests might need before they even have to ask.

Save these tips for your guest bedroom refresh, and follow along for more thoughtful interior design ideas! 🤍

This is your sign to invest in the bedroom.

At The Bay Haus, we designed the primary suite to feel grounded, airy, and quietly indulgent because luxury isn’t loud, it’s intentional.

(And yes, the view did most of the heavy lifting.)

Here’s the truth: bold design works when every decision has a purpose.

From pattern-forward wallpaper to sculptural lighting and unexpected materials, each moment is grounded by neutrals, texture, and balance.

Bold isn’t random, it’s strategically placed impact.
And when done right? You never want to leave home. 😉

Honored to see Elegant Earth featured in Design + Decor Magazine, Florida Edition. 🤍

This project was rooted in one guiding belief: luxury should support real life, not compete with it. Thoughtful layouts, durable materials, and intentional details working together to create spaces that feel calm, elevated, and effortless to live in.

We’re deeply grateful to Design + Decor for recognizing this work, and to our incredible collaborators and clients who trusted the vision from the very beginning. Designing homes that balance beauty, function, and feeling is always the goal and seeing that philosophy reflected in print is truly meaningful.

Swipe through to explore the story behind Elegant Earth, where livable luxury isn’t a trend, it’s a mindset.

Thank you for the feature. ✨
