On-Site Project Management
• Manage larger jobs on-site, working directly with subcontractors and homeowners on a will-call basis.
• Conduct site visits to apply layout and interpret blueprints for construction.
• Oversee material application and maintain clear communication between all parties involved.
Exterior Home Maintenance
• Perform biannual exterior maintenance, including gutter cleaning and power washing of decks and siding.
• Apply exterior weatherproofing and conduct inspections to ensure home integrity.
Window and Door Upgrades
• Replace windows and exterior storm doors.
• Install upgraded exterior door units for improved functionality and aesthetics.
Deck Design and Construction
• Design and build smaller decks, including new railings and stairs.
Bathroom Maintenance
• Upgrade bathroom fixtures.
• Perform biannual maintenance of S and P traps to ensure proper flow.
Custom Design and Build Projects
• Create custom items such as fireplace mantels, barn doors, cabinet door faces, and more.
• Design and build closet areas, walk-in pantries, and basement/garage storage solutions.
