PlayHaven Farm and Green Building Project Living a Sustainable Lifestyle and Providing Healthful Food.

We are making our experiences available as they happen to inspire others to adopt ecological (logical + environmental) thinking and practical sense actions. We hope to end up being called successful, yet lazy, farmers because we let nature do the work with minimal interference from us. We intend to conserve energy and resources while expanding renewable energy creation resulting in a 'net-zero' energy impact (or footprint).

Just a little reminder for me that today Parker Chimney Services applied the sealant to the chimney (architectural stone) so we are good for another 15 years. Back in July they did repairs/tuckpointing. Great jobs, nice people. Highly recommend.
No pictures of this, but the website has the installation of the wood stove insert if you are interested in that.
