I started selling succulents because my shelves were overflowing with them (I know I am not the only one with this dilemma when it comes to succulents). Within the first 2 weeks, I sold dozens and dozens of the unique plant. After realizing that there are many succulent enthusiasts around the Nashua, NH area like myself, I began my own small business Succulent Heads. I now grow and sell some of th
e healthiest succulents in New Hampshire and brighten up homes with some greenery. Many local residents, some of whom I have never even met before, strongly supported my small business venture and because of that, I created a way for Succulent Heads to give back to the community. For every 10 succulents sold, 1 is donated to a place in need. I also believe in environmentally friendly businesses. I upcycle pots, bowls, teacups and other items into beautiful planters for succulents. Collecting, buying and growing succulents has, needless to say, long been a hobby of mine. I care for each and every succulent until the plant is taken away to a good home. All of my succulents are planted in a high-quality succulent/ cactus soil and mixed with perlite and kept under a grow light until adopted. When people purchase from Succulent Heads they are supporting a local small business, contributing to plant donations to places in need, and reducing their footprint by purchasing upcycled planters.
