Project Nearing Completion

This screen room refresh is almost ready to enjoy.

For this project, we updated the space with new decking and a screen system, giving the room a cleaner, more finished look while helping it perform better for everyday use.

One of the key goals was creating a more mobility-friendly solution for our client. By raising the decking, we were able to improve the transition into the space and make the room easier and more comfortable to access.

It’s a great example of how thoughtful updates can make an existing space feel refreshed, functional, and ready for many more seasons of enjoyment.

We’re honored to share that G.M. Roth Design Remodeling has been recognized by New Hampshire Home Magazine with the award for Interior Design: Specialty/Small Space for our German Spa Retreat project.

Designed as a true in-home wellness experience, this space transformed a compact footprint into a luxurious retreat featuring a sauna, steam shower, deep soaking tub, layered lighting, and natural textures inspired by European spa design. Every detail was carefully planned to create a calming atmosphere that feels both functional and restorative.

From Unsafe to Unforgettable

What started as a “repair” quickly turned into something much bigger.

When these homeowners came to us about their screened-in porch, our team discovered the existing structure—originally a deck with a roof added later—had significant rot and was no longer safe.

The right solution? A full rebuild.

Our team carefully removed the failing structure without touching a single piece of siding on the home—a detail that takes planning, precision, and experience. and rebuilt the porch from the ground up—creating a safe, durable, and beautiful space designed for years of enjoyment.

And while you’ll notice the final photos don’t show the screens just yet… that’s because we were working against a deadline to have the space ready for a very important birthday celebration. Project completed on time, but the final photos where missed.

Mission accomplished. Finished on time. Memories made.
