Sharing this one is hard, because working in this field, has blessed us building several long-term friendships!
Mr. Paul was one of those, an amazing human being, kind, caring and funny gentleman.
We would have nice conversations with him. My last one was very enjoyable, he talked about how he drove to the other side of the town, just to look at his house from the street across the Cumberland river 🤭, his breakfasts at McDonald’s and he was very proud of his age! 💜 I would share with him about our boys and our fur baby! Oh and we would talk about old cars!
Just spoke with him on the phone like two weeks ago or so, it was heartbreaking when I received this news.
I shared a thought a couple days ago in my personal page and i think it goes well with this goodbye 💜
“There's days you regret a spoken word, an unspoken one, a feeling, an action or simply something that you wanted to do and you didn't! If we just realized how much valuable time we waste regretting things, decisions, words, feelings, actions, trust me. we would use that time wisely instead of wasting it!
there's some things that cannot be changed, but you can certainly change your present and be mindful about your surroundings!”
Rest in peace dear friend! 💜
I’m pretty sure you will be missed in the Donelson community!
