Government Office Building & Vehicular Service Garage🏙️

A soon-to-be sustainable landmark that bridges Nashville’s heritage with innovative design.✨

At the heart of this project are archive spaces meticulously crafted to protect the city’s historic water maps and documents.

Through collaboration with engineers and fire safety consultants, we implemented advanced environmental controls to safeguard these priceless resources for future generations.

Sustainability is embedded in every detail:

👉🏾 Mass Timber Construction – A renewable alternative that reduces carbon emissions while offering a warm, inviting aesthetic.

👉🏾 Solar-Shaded Windows: Featuring images of Nashville residents, enhancing energy efficiency while celebrating the community.

👉🏾 Reclaimed Wood Cladding – Adding character while minimizing reliance on virgin materials.

👉🏾 Green Roof: Providing insulation, reducing stormwater runoff, and supporting local biodiversity.

This project is more than a building—it’s a commitment to environmental stewardship and a vision for a resilient future.💪🏾
