Time for a new post. Here are some dinners from the last month or so. Shrimp with creamy tomato sauce over angel hair pasta, Spinach and mushroom tortellini, chicken Marsala, orange chicken over rice, baked frittata, chicken korma over rice and my new ramen dish.

This weekend I made Marry Me Chicken with roasted Broccoli and some Chicken Korma with rice.

I love cooking wings. It's taken me several years to learn how to cook them properly. It's a process, with an overnight dry rub (my recipe) marinade then a 4 to 5 hour slow cook and some great BBQ sauce (my recipe) at the end. I use this same process for ribs and a whole chicken.

Posting a few dinners before we head to Alaska. I'm ready for some fresh seafood! The dinners are Homemade pizza, Zucchini, Mushroom and tomato pasta with a light cream sauce, Spinach wrap, veggie, bean burrito, and a quick but good dinner twice baked potato with veggies on top.

I haven't posted for a while. Here are some dinners from the past few weeks. Spinach and artichoke pasta, pork lions with sweet potatoes and apples, braised chicken and potato au graten, chicken paprikash, mini frittatas, mango and basil chicken, lasagna, and thin crust pizza.

Chicken and potato au gratin, chicken korma, rice and naan bread(first time cooking Indian food), chicken paprikash and egg noodles, braised chicken and apples with mashed potatoes and fried rice with veggie egg rolls. We went to an Indian market for all the Korma ingredients, it was really good.
