We finished this deck yesterday in Nashville. I would have took better pictures but the deck was still wet when we left. The tone of the stain is natural and seems to be popular these days. Been a great season of staining decks and we still have room on the schedule for more. This is the starting of the best Tim to paint or satin exterior. Soon we will have cool mornings and mild afternoons! ❣️

We finished ion this exterior in Franklin on Friday. It was hot last week but we still made it happen in the heat. Customer wanted all trim and siding Alabaster by Sherwin Williams, shutters and front door are Tricorn Black. She is about to put the house on the market but wanted to freshen up the way first! ♥️

We had to sand the recent coating off these decks and start over. Who ever tried to stain them had pressure washed and did not sand before staining. It took a day and a half with three painters and three orbital sander’s but the end results were great. The stain is an oils based in honey tone on cedar wood.

We painted this garage for a regular customer of ours in Thompson Station. He had just had the garage floor coated the day before. We were able to complete the ceiling and walls in a day. No he can move the cars back in and enjoy the freshly painted garage! ❣️

Here is a couple decks we finished up on Friday. The first is an oil transparent stain in a natural tone. The second one was a solid stain and we also painted the white handrails around the deck. Both are great products by Sherwin Williams for decks. Just depends on the condition of the deck and customer preference. ❣️

We started this interior in College Grove TN on Monday and have to be completely done by Sunday. The customer is moving down from Canada and ready to move in. All walls are going from grey to Cold Foam and as you can see in the pictures. It is a drastic change and will require three coats. We are off to a great start and will be ready for the movers on Sunday.

We primed and painted the brick on this home in Franklin TN recently. Customer did not like the red brick and we changed the whole appearance of the home. After pressure washing we primed with Loxon masonry primer. Then applied two coats of Super Paint by Sherwin Williams. Home looks great and no@more red brick! ❣️

We spent yesterday pressure washing a couple decks to prepare for staining. When they dry we will sand all surfaces with an orbital sander. Then they will receive two coats of Super Deck Solid Stain. We have been using this system for over ten years and the decks look great! Also last for years! ❣️
