To make these gluten-free oats pumpkin muffins:

Beat the eggs and prepare the pumpkin puree.

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add the wet ingredients. Combine to obtain a batter.

Scoop the batter into the muffin tins. Prepare the crumble by mixing oats with coconut oil and sugar, then top each muffin with a small quantity.

Bake for about 25 minutes and enjoy the result!
