And the countdown begins... Three days left until my shop closes.

This has been so bittersweet. I'm heartbroken to be leaving but the way you've shown up for me this past week has been such a beautiful reminder how much art connects us. It lets us see the deeper more vulnerable parts of ourselves without even saying a word. It opens windows into each other's souls allowing us to share something special.

Thank you for opening your hearts and giving a piece of my soul a space to reside. It's truly the biggest honor I've ever had.

Alexus Elaine is closing its doors.

After a long break, it's heartbreaking to say that it's time for my business to come to an end. It's been a rough past year with many health issues and I'm no longer able to keep up with the demands of running my business.

I'll be closing down my online shop at the end of this month.
Last day to shop is January 31st

Last chance to collect a piece of my art for the foreseeable future.

I want to thank you for your support over the years.

I've been putting off this announcement for some time because the grief has been so overwhelming.

I hope to regain my health or learn to create in a way that'll allow me to share my work with you but unfortunately it's just not realistic right now.

In other news...

I've decided to close down my social media apps on FB, IG, & TT

I no longer enjoy these platforms or want to support the people who own them.

I'll be moving to Bluesky for now, to keep some form of online presence:

I've also chosen to change my name so please refer to me from here on out as Odessa.

I'll be saying goodbye to this beauty very soon. This piece and the collection she is a part of taught me so much about myself creatively. It pushed me past limits I never thought I had.

This collection gave me permission to take risks and follow my instincts and in a way brought me to where I am today. I will forever and always be deeply in love with each one. I know the home she is going to will treasure her forever. 🖤

You may have noticed I've been doing a daily series (on Instagram) called, The Crow Series, where I try to befriend my neighborhood crows and create artwork inspired them. It's been such a fun change in pace for me creatively and I'm so excited to have brought this linocut into the world.

It's now available for my fellow Corvid lovers to collect! This is the largest and most complex linocut I've created and I am so proud of how it turned out. I hope you love it too. 🖤
